Jacques-Yves Cousteau
Jacques-Yves Cousteau (June 11, 1910 – June 25, 1997) was a French naval officer, oceanographer, filmmaker, and author. He is best known for co-inventing the Aqua-Lung, which made scuba diving possible, and for his popular television series The Undersea World of Jacques Cousteau.
